The Middleton Elementary School Office will be closed Friday, June 22nd at noon for the summer. Our office will re-open on Monday, August 13th 7:30 am – 3:30 pm depending on the progress of the construction taking place in our building.
While our school offices are closed during the summer, please deliver completed enrollment forms to the District Office, located at 23295 SW Main Street. Their summer office hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30-4:00 pm. Forms are available here or can be picked up at the District Office. Enrollment forms can be brought to Middleton beginning Monday, August 13th 7:30-3:30.
