Summer Office Hours

The Middleton Elementary School Office will close Friday, June 23rd at noon for the summer. Our office will re-open on Monday, August 14th 7:30 am – 3:30 pm for the 2017-2018 school year.

While our school offices are
closed during the summer, please deliver completed enrollment forms to the
District Office, located at 23295 SW Main Street. Their summer office hours are Monday – Thursday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Forms are available online or can be picked up at the District Office. Enrollment
forms can be brought to Middleton beginning Monday, August 14^th 7:30
am – 3:30 pm.
